Your first order over $100.00 earns a free film.
It lands in your account the moment the payment clears, it never expires, and you do not have to ask for it. One per person — buying a film and a membership on the same day does not earn it twice.
Questions people actually ask
Is there a contract?
No. A single film is a single charge. The membership is month to month and you cancel it yourself in the billing portal — you keep the period you have already paid for.
What does a credit actually cover?
One film. The add-on unlock and the vertical cut are charged separately, at your rate, because they are extra work on top of the film itself. That is why a credited order can still show a total.
Do credits expire?
The five films and two re-cuts that come with a membership are for that month and do not roll over. Credits from a multi-pack, a single purchase, or the welcome bonus never expire.
What if the film is not right?
Re-cut it for $25.00 with written notes — timestamps and all — or free with a re-cut credit. Your original film stays in the library either way.
Is there a watermark?
Never on anything you have paid for. The file you download is unbranded: no logo, no corner bug, no end card.
Which listing sites can you read?
Most listing pages: brokerage sites, rental listings, property-manager sites, and your own page. If a site does not let us read a link, you upload the photos instead and get the same film.
